How we verify

How a partner gets on this list — and how they come off it.

A marketplace is only worth as much as the thing it refuses to list. This page is the standard, written down, so you can hold us to it.

Registration
checked before a partner is listed, re-checked annually
A visit
someone from our side has walked the facility
No paid rank
nobody buys a higher position, ever

Our checks

Six rules, applied to everyone.

01

Registration

Clinical establishment registration for the facility, and council registration for every treating doctor we name. Copies on file, dates tracked, re-checked annually.

02

A visit

Someone from our side walks the facility before it is listed — wards, theatre corridor, emergency route, and the toilets, which tell you more about a hospital than the lobby does.

03

Price in writing

Partners agree that the written estimate is the price, that variations are explained and consented to in advance, and that itemised bills are given without being asked. A revision sprung on a patient on arrival ends the partnership.

04

Consent for everything we publish

No doctor's name, photograph or credential appears without their written consent. No patient's photograph, story or report appears without theirs.

05

A route for complaints

One email — [email protected] — that reaches a person, not a queue, and a written response. Complaints against a partner are logged and count against their listing.

06

No paid position

Nobody buys a higher place on this site. There is no sponsored slot, and there never will be. Ordering follows what you asked for.

What we do not claim

We are not a regulator.

Our checks reduce risk. They do not eliminate it, and anyone telling you otherwise about medical care is overselling.

So: we do not publish accreditation badges we have not seen current certificates for. We do not publish outcome statistics we cannot source to the hospital that measured them. We do not publish reviews we cannot attribute to a real patient who consented to it. And we do not publish structured data describing anything that is not visible on the page.

When there is nothing verified to show, this site shows nothing. A blank space costs us a conversion. A false claim costs you more than that.

How we are paid. A coordination fee, disclosed in writing before you commit to anything. It does not change the hospital's price to you, and it never buys position. [CONFIRM exact model]

Never on this site

The standing list.

Kept public so it survives staff changes, and so you can point at it when we slip.

Content HealthTour Odisha will not publish
We will never publishWhy
A price we have not been given in writingIt becomes the number that gets revised on arrival
A testimonial or rating we cannot attributeAn invented review is a lie about a real patient
A success rate, survival figure or "cure"Not ours to claim, and usually not true as stated
An accreditation badge without a current certificateThe fastest way for a marketplace to lose credibility
A doctor's or patient's details without consentRequired by medical-council rules, and by decency
A stock photograph presented as our facilityIf we would not show you the real room, do not come
A comparison naming another hospital or stateComparative healthcare advertising is not defensible
A claim of government affiliation or endorsementHealthTour Odisha is a private marketplace, nothing else

Questions

The ones people are too polite to ask.

Do you take commission from hospitals?

We are paid a coordination fee, disclosed in writing before you commit to anything. It does not change the price you are quoted by the hospital, and it never buys a partner a higher position on this site.

What if I have a bad experience?

Write to [email protected]. It reaches a person, not a queue, and you get a written response. Complaints against a partner are logged and count against their listing — a pattern of them ends the partnership.

Can a hospital pay to be listed first?

No. There is no paid ranking, no sponsored placement and no advertising slot on this site. Partners are shown by relevance to what the patient asked for, and that is the only ordering rule.
