Everything between the diagnosis and the front door.
- A treatment plan and written estimate from a partner hospital, before you book anything
- The hospital's invitation letter for your medical visa application, and a matching letter for the attendant visa
- Advice on flight timing against the admission date, including how many days ahead to land
- Pickup at Biju Patnaik International Airport (BBI) or Bhubaneswar railway station, by a named coordinator
- A local SIM, a currency and payment briefing, and accommodation for whoever travels with you
- Interpreting — Odia, Hindi, English and Bengali in-house; other languages on notice [CONFIRM]
- Recovery stay, discharge summary, medication for the journey, and a follow-up teleconsultation after you land

Getting to Bhubaneswar

| By air | Biju Patnaik International Airport (BBI) is inside Bhubaneswar, roughly 30–40 minutes from the hospital cluster depending on traffic. International arrivals are usually via a domestic connection through Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata or Bengaluru. |
| By rail | Bhubaneswar is on the main east-coast line, with direct services from Kolkata, Visakhapatnam, Chennai and Delhi. Practical for patients travelling from within India who should not fly. |
| By road | National highways connect Bhubaneswar to Cuttack, Puri and Berhampur. We arrange the vehicle and, where a patient needs it, an ambulance transfer. |
A note for NRIs
Most of our international enquiries are about a parent.
People from Odisha who now live elsewhere, arranging treatment for a mother or father still here — usually across a seven- or twelve-hour time difference, usually with a sibling doing the running around.
If that is you: the whole process can run with you on WhatsApp from another country. You see the reports, the written opinion and the estimate. Your parent never has to explain paperwork to a stranger, and there is one named coordinator you can call when you want a straight answer instead of a forwarded message.

What documents do I need for a medical visa?
Indian missions generally ask for a passport valid well beyond your stay, the application, photographs, proof of funds, and an invitation or treatment letter from the treating hospital. We arrange the hospital letters. Requirements are set by the Indian mission in your country — check their current list before applying.
Will someone speak my language?
Our coordinators speak Odia, Hindi, English and Bengali. Interpreters for other languages are arranged on notice. Tell us your language when you first write, so it is in place before you land rather than after.
Can I pay from abroad?
Hospital charges are paid to the hospital against the hospital's own invoice, and the accepted methods are set out in your estimate before you travel. [CONFIRM international payment routes]
What if there is a complication after I fly home?
You go home with a full discharge summary, imaging, implant details where relevant, and a written home plan your own doctor can act on. A follow-up teleconsultation with the treating team is included, and further consultations can be arranged. Emergency care after you land is your local hospital's.
