01
Send the reports — day 0
Prescriptions, scan images or reports, discharge summaries, and a sentence about what is bothering you. WhatsApp, email, or the enquiry form. If you have nothing on paper, say so — we will tell you which test to get done locally first, which is usually cheaper than repeating it here.
02
A doctor reads them — within 48 hours
Your file goes to a registered specialist in the relevant department. You get a written opinion: what they think is going on, what they would do, what they would want to re-confirm on arrival, and how long it takes. If the honest answer is that the procedure is routine and you should have it near home, that is what the note will say.
03
One written estimate — day 2 to 4
Treatment, surgeon's fee, room category, diagnostics, consumables, expected length of stay, transfers, and a bed for the person travelling with you. Inclusions and exclusions are listed separately, because the exclusions are where medical bills go wrong.
04
Travel arranged — day 4 onwards
Visa invitation letter where required, advice on flight timing against the admission date, airport or station pickup, a local SIM, accommodation for the attendant, and a currency and payment note so nobody arrives with the wrong instrument.
05
A coordinator stays with you
One named person, reachable on WhatsApp, who is physically present for admission, who explains what is being asked for and signed, and who escalates to us when something is not right. In Odia, Hindi, English or Bengali.
06
Recovery and follow-up
If the surgeon advises supervised recovery, we move you to a recovery stay rather than a hotel. You go home with a written plan — medication, diet, physiotherapy, red flags — and a follow-up teleconsultation with the treating team after you land.
